At Nexbio, we stand behind our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for Nexbio Pro subscriptions.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for refund
You may request a full refund if your request is made within 7 days of your initial purchase and you have used less than 20% of your plan's AI credits or features.
Not eligible for refund
- —More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- —You have used 20% or more of your plan credits or features
- —The subscription has been renewed (renewal charges are non-refundable)
- —The account was suspended or terminated due to a policy violation
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at nexbio.official@gmail.com or use the Support page with the subject line Refund Request.
Please include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Nexbio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
